Tourico Holidays is seeking an experienced recruiter to join the current team. This position is ideally suited for someone that has worked within in a recruitment agency and is now looking for an environment that does not come with the “boiler room” sales mentality but is still fast-paced and bonus driven. Tourico Holidays is currently going through a merger with two if it's former largest competitors, this exciting time in the companies history is spurring another growth phase with large global recruitment targets planned over the next 5 years, so if job security is something you are looking for please read on.

As a recruiter for Tourico Holidays, you will use your experience, knowledge and collaborative skills to establish and build strong relationships with hiring managers and outside partners, while upholding our hiring standards by identifying and attracting qualified candidates. In addition, you will use negotiation and closing skills,  prospecting tools, be able to use an array of interviewing techniques, combined with an exceptional use of modern technology and superb networking.

This position is based at the Global Headquarters located in Altamonte Springs, Florida. It will have a weekly schedule of Monday to Friday from 09:00 - 18:00, but may occasionally include working evenings or weekends for the various career, networking, and professional events. This position may also include state, domestic or international travel to assist in the aforementioned events. A laptop, phone, Disney Pass, and other travel-related benefits will be provided at the start of employment. The insurance benefits and IATA card will commence after 30 days. External career-related training will be provided and with a quarterly review structure, this opportunity will suit someone that is looking for professional development and career advancement.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute customized, full cycle staffing plans, partnering closely with hiring managers to achieve the best results possible
  • Recruit for open career opportunities by sourcing candidates, conducting phone screens, and holding in-person interviews
  • Attend job fairs as a Tourico Holidays career ambassador, and build relationships with University career services personnel
  • Find and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques
  • Lead meetings and key initiatives and projects with client groups, and with the recruiting teams, that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Recruiting, HR, Compensation, and Diversity teams)
  • Collaborate with others on the recruiting team on initiatives and/ or hiring needs that may spike in other areas

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of Recruiting experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
  • Ability to travel during peak recruiting cycles
  • Sense of Humor
