Hotel Yield Manager


This role report to the Regional Yield Manager and functionally to the Regional Product Manager/Director.

A Yield Manager is focused in to ensure the accomplishment and follow up of the regional targets in terms of maintaining and improving the contracting conditions and maximising the profit.


  • Build a strong commercial relationship with our suppliers, this may include occasional support on daily operations. In order to achieve the predefined targets.
  • Renegotiation (by telephone/email/personal visits) of contracting conditions with our suppliers, to maximize availability, offers, best available rates.
  • Supervise the loading process of the negotiated conditions with the hotels.
  • Reporting & Analysis.
  • Preparation of several reports extracted from internal tools (Salesforce, Accelerate, Atlas, Wizard...) to identify possible weak spots in the contracted conditions in order to be improved.
  • Training of the hotels on our Supplier Portal.  Showing them how to optimize their inventory, competitiveness (rates). In order to increase sales for both parties.
  • Assures by daily monitoring that the selected differentiated product (hotels) reaches the maximum results in terms of profit
  • Identifying Business Opportunities in terms of new product, offers or any other in coordination with Contracting Manager
  • Regular reporting to Regional Yield Manager on actions taken and results

Candidate profile :

  • Education:  University degree (Tourism will be desirable) or vocational training in travel agencies
  • Languages: Native or bilingual level of the local language. Advanced level of English could be a plus.
  • Experience:  1-3 years experience in a position with similar experience (commercial, receptionist…)
  • Knowledge:
  • MS Office: Advanced level
  • Atlas: Medium level
  • Accelerate: Medium level
  • Salesforce (SRM): Advanced level
  • Supplier portal: Medium level
