Affiliate Marketing Manager (Meta Search)

We have an exciting position open in our Orlando HQ. We are looking for a meta search and affiliate marketing manager, with analytical expertise to manage the success of our meta search and affiliate marketing campaigns.

Job Description

As a Metasearch and Affiliate marketing manager, you will be responsible for the success of an assigned portfolio of markets, in several meta search and affiliate channels. These include, but are not limited to: Kayak, Trivago, Google Hotel bidding, and affiliate networks such as Linkshare.

It will be your responsibility to optimize the bids, and the inventory of each campaign to maximize ROI, while driving the budget and gross revenue targets.

You will be responsible to grow the existing and introduce new channels, while consistently achieving KPIs, and growing the profitability of these channels. You will be actively managing online campaigns and monitoring performance metrics. You must be fully engaged into revenue performance for your markets and into liaising and building a collaborative relationship with our account managers at the various Meta search and affiliate companies. In order to be successful in this role you must quickly develop a clear understanding of Tourico Holidays’ way of doing business and good working relationship with our hotel product managers.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Daily optimization’s of our online campaigns based on conversion rate, ROAS, CPS, Net Margins and other KPIs, and most importantly achieve or exceed your revenue and profitability goals.
  • Use internal and external tools to monitor and analyze performance of various Meta-search platforms and affiliate networks.
  • Proactively work to prevent/resolve any issues related to these channels of distribution by close collaboration with our product team, accounting, commercial and technical areas of the business
  • Closely monitor the budget spent to ensure each month ends within budget.
  • Update KPI reports, and make data based decisions for your markets and channels.

Required Skills

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, finance or computer science which provides strong analytical skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a relevant position (hands on experience in managing meta search bidding and affiliate networks)
  • Success track record, from an online or travel environment
  • Experience with web applications and tools, similar to Google Analytics
  • Excellent command of English, both written and oral
  • Computer fluency and good use of MS Excel (advanced formulas)
  • Focus on details and information accuracy
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently
  • Experience with algorithm development – would be a big plus
