Contract Administration Representative/ Data Entry/ Administrative/ Clerical

Job Summary:

The Contract Administration team is responsible for the information loaded onto our websites. This is utilizing proprietary Windows-based software where the following information is loaded: Adding new and revising existing contracts, specials, geographical information, pictures, in-depth descriptions, facilities, amenities, rates and room availability. They are responsible to provide quality control on our company’s entire product. They are responsible for the filing and up keeping of all contracts and specials received. Contract Administration team also helps other departments in the company with various requests and projects on a daily basis.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Read and understand travel related agreements on all terms and conditions. 
  • Make rate comparisons and analyze pricing structures. 
  • Enter contract data including descriptions, images, videos into database.
  • Enter and revise new and existing contracts into our inventory system via windows based software.
  • Administrate supplier promotions and update data in our database regarding hotel rooms and specials allocated to the Company.
  • Harvest and insert images, descriptions, and facilities for hotels, cruise lines, ports of call, activities, and car rental products.
  • Provide quality control on all websites.
  • Execute Stop Sell and change communications from our supplier partners.
  • Clerical filing and making copies


  • Good oral and written skills, fluent in English and Thai required, or additional languages a plus
  • Travel industry / Attractions experience a plus
  • Must be able to multi-task at a high paced level.
  • Microsoft Office, Outlook
  • Detail oriented; attention to details
  • Able to support and communicate the vision, mission, and values of the company.
