Contract Administration Representative/ Data Entry/ Front Desk
The data entry team is responsible for the information loaded onto our websites. This is utilizing proprietary Windows based software where the following information is loaded: Adding new and revising existing contracts, specials, geographical information, pictures, in depth descriptions, facilities, amenities, rates and room availability. They are responsible to provide quality control on our company’s entire product. They are responsible for the filing and up keeping of all contracts and specials received. Contract Administration team also helps other departments in the company with various requests and projects on a daily basis.
